Shipping policy

  • For orders within Metro Manila, you can expect to receive your order between 4 to 7 business days. 
  • Expedited Shipping within Metro Manila: This option is not applicable to orders outside Metro Manila. You can expect to receive your order in 1 to 3 business days for regular items (not preorder items)  Please choose this option upon check out. Additional fees wil apply. 
  • For orders within the Philippines but outside Metro Manila, you can expect to receive your order between 7 to 14 business days. 
  • For International Shipping, pls allow a minimum of 7 business days. 
  • For same day delivery it is best to shop our stores directly via Viber. 
  • What does a business day mean? It refers to Mondays to Fridays excluding weekends and special non-working holidays. 
  • For Preorder Items, the specific shipping window is indicated in the product description.
